Got to the meat of the article, and CNN blocks with a paywall.

Also, the USA has all these security agencies (FBI, CIA, NSA, ABCDEF…)

If they know T is a Russian asset, why are we just slouching along, giving him the a-bomb keys? Or is he NOT that big of a threat?
